Shipping For All Orders Except Bikes
All online orders will be sent via a Tracked or Signed Service with the correct compensation, This can lead to the postage being expensive but covers us both the seller and the buyer.
We do NOT send orders to any lockers or pick up points.
All online orders will be dispatched within one Working Day (Working days are Monday to Friday - Not Including Bank Holidays)
All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
Some deliveries may require a signature.

If you have NOT received your item please contact xclusivetackle@gmail.com within 7 days so I can ring your local sorting office, the claim might have to wait 10 working days as post can sometimes get lost but this enables us to deal with the situation, track postage and claim off royal mail if a lost parcel.

Returns For All Orders Except Bikes
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TCG PRODUCTS.
The reason we do not accept returns on TCG products is for security reasons and measures (TCG products can be swapped, opened and resealed etc).
We do NOT accept returns for High end / Valuable clothing and trainers.

We do accept returns for Low end / Low Cost clothing, trainers and products - Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
WE DECIDE WHAT A HIGH AND LOW END VALUE PRODUCT IS NOT YOU THE CUSTOMER.
If a buyer decides to return a item they will have to pay for the return postage.
If a buyer decides to return a item for certain reasons we will deduct the original postage costs only if we have paid for the original postage (postage cost to send to the buyer).
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as we originally sent them. This means unused, unworn, with all the original accessories, parts, manuals, stickers, packaging, tags and box. - Exactly the same as how we sent the item.
If returned items are not in exactly the condition as we sent them, then a price deduction may occur for the item being returned or the item may be rejected and we will happily argue this out on the platform we have sold this on.

Shortages And Postal Damage
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt - With Every Order we will take photos of them before we send them out along side your delivery note this is to ensure all parties are covered .
Bikes Delivery And Collection
All bikes listed on the website are ready to go to there new home straight away
We can deliver for free within a 10 mile radius of Shaftesbury/Gillingham Dorset or you can come and collect the bike from us.
